Guests are welcomed into a relaxing professional environment equipped with 9 treatment rooms. Included is a manicure/pedicure suite that is perfect for small groups. Remember to browse the gift boutique before you leave.

Located at the corner of Bridge & University Avenues, close to RIM park and Conestoga Mall, with ample parking. Also directly accessible by bus from University of Waterloo, Wilfred Laurier and Conestoga College.

During a very uncertain time I found my day at Sanctuary to be very relaxing and stress free. It was very clean and social distancing was very easy. Cindy (RMT) was absolutely wonderful, she was very thoughtful and thorough and was able to help with my back/neck problems when no one else has been able to. Great experience!!

The body scrub and wrap was very relaxing. I felt comfortable during the service and thoroughly enjoyed the massage. My skin definitely feels smoother . I also felt safety precautions were taken and explained regarding COVID.

Using state-of-the art equipment to remove unwanted hair from the face and body, laser hair removal is safe, fast and effective. A Complimentary consultation required prior to first visit. All laser procedures are conducted by highly trained laser technicians.

Take care of you. Make time to relax your body and mind, reduce muscle fatigue and restore vital energy with a therapeutic or relaxation massage.

Most of our Sanctuary facials include a relaxing hand or a scalp massage. We also provide a complimentary skin consultation and home care prescription, and finish with a mineral SPF to protect your skin on the journey home.
