We’ve made it this far by staying true to our values and by being willing to adapt and innovate to stay relevant. We couldn’t have done it without our loyal clients and our committed staff. We take pride in the quality of our services, and in the quality of our people. It’s no accident that Sanctuary consistently ranks among the top ten spas in Ontario. We hire only qualified people and invest in them from day one – providing training on protocols, on-the-job mentoring and continuing education to help them succeed throughout their time with us. Some of our staff have been with us since day one.
Monthly training also enables us to stay ahead of emerging trends, sharpen our skills and ensure our guests have a consistent Sanctuary experience, no matter which therapist or location they choose.
Our Registered Massage Therapists remain in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO). And our Spa managers undergo in-house and outside management training to make sure they have the skills necessary to manage their location to the highest standards. Our Management team is overseen directly by our Chief Operating Officer.
