Clients must be 18 years or older. We will not perform laser services if you’re pregnant, breastfeeding or trying to conceive. You should also avoid sun exposure for six weeks before and after treatment. Sun exposure makes laser hair removal less effective and makes complications after treatment more likely.

Electrolysis

Blond or gray hair does not respond to laser hair removal.

Also, some clients are not appropriate for laser treatments. For blond or gray hair, Electrolysis is the only permanent treatment for hair removal.

Electrolysis may also be recommended if there are only a few hairs remaining after a series of laser hair removal treatments. Electrolysis can efficiently remove the stray hair remaining. Sometimes due to medical or skin conditions, a client may not be appropriate for laser hair removal, and then we may recommend Electrolysis as an alternative.

Electrolysis is a permanent method of hair removal which is achieved by inserting a fine disposable probe into the individual hair follicle opening and applying a small amount of electrical current to the base of the hair follicle. The electrical energy permanently destroys the individual hair follicles. Then the individual hair is removed by the technician with sterile tweezers.
