Sanctuary Day Spas is happy to announce we are now offering curbside pickup for retail purchases only. These pickups are required to follow a strict protocol in order to ensure a safe and sanitary transaction. Please be sure to thoroughly read and follow the following instructions.

Sanctuary Day Spas is happy to announce we are now offering curbside pickup for retail purchases only. These pickups are required to follow a strict protocol in order to insure a safe and sanitary transaction. Please be sure to thoroughly read and follow the following instructions.

Step 1: Fill out our online form.

Step 2: We confirm your payment, and your product pickup date and time.

Step 3: Phone or text us when you arrrive, and we will bring out your order.

Please provide as much detail as possible.

Step 2: We check our stock and contact you for payment.

Step 3: We confirm your payment has been processed and your product pickup date and time.

Step 4: You arrive at Sanctuary Day Spas on your pickup date and time, phone or text us to let us know you are there.

Step 5: We place your product out for you to safely pick up. Enjoy!

Pick up will be on Tuesdays from 2 pm – 4 pm. 
(Please note your pickup day will be confirmed after purchase is processed.) 

Currently we will be only offering what we currently have in stock. While supplies last. May differ by location. 

We will discuss your requested product(s) with you over the phone and will check your purchase history to make sure you are receiving the correct products.  

Staff will be following strict sanitary protocols. Gloves and masks will be worn at all times, as well as hospital grade sanitary wipes will be used to sanitize the product, retail bag and all surfaces they may come into contact with during the curbside pickup process. 

Spa doors will be locked, we kindly ask that no guests enter the building.

Only a valid credit card will be accepted over the phone before pickup. No cash accepted and no payments can be processed on site. 

At this time we will not be accepting returns or exchanges.
