This Ministry of Health requires all Registered Massage Therapy clients to continue wearing masks during treatment until April 27th.
Nurturing your well-being is what Sanctuary is all about. Our first priority is to ensure that you are safe, comfortable and relaxed on your visit with us.
Our equipment and common areas are sanitized regularly throughout the day. We’ve installed plexiglass in treatment rooms to keep guests and staff a safe distance apart. We’re also staggering appointments to minimize crowding and allow time for proper disinfecting between guests.
Please do not book an appointment if you are feeling unwell.
Before every shift, each staff member undergoes a full health screening, which includes a temperature check. They wear clothing that is only worn during their time at the spa.
A thorough sanitization of the clinic is completed every hour. Common areas and touch points, including door handles, wait rooms, washrooms and reception, are disinfected.
We disinfect equipment and surfaces using medical-grade cleaners and protocols, allowing 15 minutes between appointments to ensure that sanitizing solutions have time to take effect.
We bring in a professional cleaning service to clean the entire spa.
Things are opening up, thankfully, and people are eager to move on. Yet COVID is still with us.
