Shipping

• We will ship no charge to you, or directly to your recipient’s address along with a personalized note. 
• Free shipping applies to regular mail.  Overnight express shipping is available for a set fee.
• We usually ship within one day of ordering and delivery times vary depending on the method shipping that was selected.  In some cases, our customers receive their Gift Card the very next day with regular mail but Canada Post allows for 3-5 business days.

• Rest assured that we have taken all appropriate measures to secure your financial transaction and protect your personal information
• Your information is safe.   Sanctuary Day Spas will not sell or rent your email address or sell your personal information for marketing purposes.
• Outside of Canada?  Please contact our Head Office at (905) 417-4846 and a representative will take your order over the telephone.
• All prices on our website are listed in Canadian Dollars.

Please Note

• Sanctuary Spa Gift Cards don’t expire and can be redeemed at all of our locations (see Muskoka note below).
• If you receive a specific service purchased on a Spa Gift Card that you don’t want, then you can use the same dollar value towards anything on our menu.
• Our Spa Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Spa Gift Cards can carry a remaining balance and can be used towards future spa visits or products in our retail area.

Muskoka Location

(Open seasonally from May – Oct)

• Gift Cards having a specific dollar value, regardless of which Sanctuary location they were purchased at, will be honoured at the Muskoka location at the same dollar value. Treatment packages purchased on a Gift Card may not be available at the Muskoka location for the same price. The dollar value of the Gift Card applies in this case; and the Gift Card can be redeemed for any spa service at the Muskoka location.

Niagara-on-the-Lake Location

Services and packages may not be available at the Niagara-on-the-Lake location for the same price.
